Please allow me to introduce myself. I have been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2014 serving New Jersey and New York. There are many skills that go into being a great real estate professional: integrity, market knowledge, and negotiation skills. But the most important skill is what I like to call the "client first" approach: keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
